Overview
RGC Cylinder Reconciliation is an internal business application used by Ranger Gas Company to reconcile gas cylinder rental balances, review distributor invoices, and analyze QuickBooks invoice history for operational planning.
Information We Process
The application may process customer names, invoice dates, invoice line descriptions, quantities, item mappings, distributor invoice details, and QuickBooks company connection metadata needed to perform reconciliation and order planning.
QuickBooks Data
When authorized, the application uses QuickBooks data only to retrieve invoice information needed for cylinder tracking, reconciliation, and historical order recommendations. The application does not sell QuickBooks data or use it for advertising.
Credential Handling
QuickBooks OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Production secrets are stored in Cloudflare environment secrets and are not placed in frontend code, source code, logs, or public documentation.
Access Control
Access to the application is restricted to approved Ranger Gas Company users through Cloudflare Access or an equivalent authentication layer.
Data Sharing
Application data is used for internal business operations. Data may be processed by service providers used to host and operate the application, including Cloudflare and Intuit, subject to their applicable service terms.
Retention
Reconciliation and invoice history may be retained for business audit, operational reporting, and historical planning purposes unless deletion is required by company policy or applicable law.
